## THE JOB
INNOMIZE is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a critical function in ensuring that the applications and services we build meet the needs of the business while also being scalable, performant, easy to iterate on, and easy to extend. 

You will work in an Agile environment that values creativity, knowledge sharing, and employee growth. ## WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Develop high-quality web applications using **Node.js and React.js / Next.js.**
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Integrate AI-driven solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server).
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and peer reviews.
- Support deployment and monitor production environments.
- Continuously improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.


## YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years of industry experience as a Full-stack engineer.
- Strong experience with **Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript)**.
- Solid experience with **React.js** or **Next.js**.
- Experience building and consuming **REST APIs**.
- Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Working knowledge of **AWS or other cloud platforms**.
- Familiarity with Git workflows and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- **Good English communication skills.**

### Nice to have
- Experience with React Native (mobile development).
- Experience with Supabase.
- Experience integrating AI or automation features.
