During our latest Open Talk, the theme was Explore and Connect. This time, instead of a one-way session where the Board of Directors shares insights, we encouraged our INNOMIZERS to dive deep into our ongoing projects, learn about the journey of each team, and connect with other projects to gain valuable knowledge.

At INNOMIZE, every project has its own set of challenges, victories, and unique lessons. The session encouraged employees to step out of their daily routine and “explore” the ins and outs of different projects across the company. This exploration enables team members to understand the big picture, drawing inspiration and insights from each project’s journey.

Connection was a significant part of the event, where we encourage teams to learn from one another.
